Job Duties

  • Train and mentor kitchen team members in best practices
  • Lead the kitchen operations in the Executive Chef's absence

  • Communicate effectively with team and leadership to provide feedback and coaching
  • Resolve kitchen issues quickly to maintain flawless service
  • Assist in setting goals and standards to improve quality and profitability
  • Maintain organization through inventory management, team meetings, and record keeping
