Job Duties
- Train and mentor kitchen team members in best practices
- Lead the kitchen operations in the Executive Chef's absence
- Ensure every dish meets high quality and consistency standards
- Communicate effectively with team and leadership to provide feedback and coaching
- Resolve kitchen issues quickly to maintain flawless service
- Assist in setting goals and standards to improve quality and profitability
- Maintain organization through inventory management, team meetings, and record keeping
