Job Duties

  • manage daily kitchen operations including food preparation and inventory
  • supervise and motivate kitchen team and line staff
  • assist in implementing creative culinary techniques and recipes
  • ensure quality control and consistency in all dishes
  • maintain compliance with health and safety standards
  • collaborate with management on inventory control and cost management
  • provide on-the-spot solutions during high-volume service
