Job Duties
- manage daily kitchen operations including food preparation and inventory
- supervise and motivate kitchen team and line staff
- assist in implementing creative culinary techniques and recipes
- ensure quality control and consistency in all dishes
- maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- collaborate with management on inventory control and cost management
- provide on-the-spot solutions during high-volume service
