Job Duties

- Ensure adherence to food handling procedures to guarantee safe, quality products
- Direct and oversee the rotation and storage of food items
- Develop and suggest new recipes and products
- Create menus for catering and sales
- Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in operating other food and beverage venues as needed
- Handle customer complaints and support customer service programs
- Support, implement, and manage standards of excellence among team members
- Understand and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies
- Make determinations regarding products, supplies, or tools
- Supervise and manage attendance and time records
- Manage departmental expenses and labor costs while achieving guest satisfaction
- Supervise and manage work processes and procedures
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide daily positive feedback
- Administer disciplinary actions including warnings, suspensions, and termination recommendations
- Protect and preserve company assets
