Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a sous chef or similar culinary role
  • understanding of food safety standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • plan menus and prepare budgets

  • train associates in cooking methods, presentation, techniques, portion control, and nutrient retention
  • control cost and maximize revenue
  • maintain sanitation exceeding health department standards
