We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. The role of Sous Chef at Rusty Bucket is critical in ensuring that our kitchen delivers nutritious, safe, and visually appealing food that satisfies and delights our guests. As a Sous Chef, you will play an essential part in maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation while simultaneously managing key kitchen operations such as menu planning, budgeting, payroll, and food cost control. You will have the unique opportunity to train and mentor associates in cooking methods, presentation, techniques, portion control, and nutrient retention to uphold Rusty Bucket's exceptional culinary standards.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a sous chef or similar culinary role
- understanding of food safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
