Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful kitchen
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff while focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure it is always ready to pass the white glove test
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet quality standards and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary
  • Enforce safety and sanitation regulations in the kitchen
