Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful kitchen
- Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and preparing weekly specials
- Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff while focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure it is always ready to pass the white glove test
- Manage kitchen operations to meet quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary
- Enforce safety and sanitation regulations in the kitchen
