- Has 2 or more years of high volume cooking experience
- Preferably has experience in a culinary leadership position

Job Duties
- Conduct training for Master Cooks, Cooks, Pantry Workers and Helpers on job responsibilities
- Maintain an exceptional menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
- Communicate with management and service staff and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees
- Prepare and administer kitchen schedule, payroll, training, issuing discipline, and coaching
- Ensure food quality is superior and take action to correct any irregularities
