Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years culinary experience
- ServSafe certification
- ability to work in a fast paced guest oriented environment
- proven knowledge of Word and Excel
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage under deadlines

- L.A. County Food Handlers Certification preferred
- HACCP training preferred

Job Duties
- Proper and consistent production of all food products at all times
- conduct daily inspections of the facility and complete daily walk through reports
- maintain all kitchens in a sanitary condition
- work in conjunction with facilities for equipment maintenance
- accurately complete and maintain production logs and plans
- inspect all received products with warehouse personnel
- create and maintain production recipes and specification book and photos
- ensure charges in and out of restaurants are accurate
- communicate with IT to update recipes
- partner with EATEC team for inventory management
- support culinary team in theme park and catering
- assist in menu creation for new products
- practice effective organizational skills
- comply with health and sanitation guidelines
- assist in development of food staff
- control cost of goods and waste
- uphold standards and practices
- foster strong working relationships across functions
- provide operational analysis
- ensure success of food service waste management
- utilize excess food items appropriately
- organize and execute skills training sessions
- partner with HR for culinary team training
- support internal customers for excellent service to guests
- interact positively with guests
- perform other duties as assigned
