Job Requirements
- must be able to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have high mobility and flexibility in small spaces
- required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times
- able to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years in the hospitality industry
- experience in fine dining preferred though not mandatory
- professional appearance with close attention to care and grooming
- positive attitude and a self-motivated willingness to learn and be taught
- excellent organization and time management
Job Duties
- receiving and processing all deliveries
- assisting with daily prep tasks
- ensuring proper sanitation standards are met
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- supporting the head chef during dinner service
- managing kitchen inventory
- helping execute dinner service smoothly
