Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen environment
- valid food handler certification
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical stamina for kitchen tasks

Job Duties
- assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations
- supervise and train kitchen staff
- ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards
- coordinate the preparation of the seasonal menu
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
- manage inventory and control food costs
- contribute to menu innovation and recipe development
