Job Description

This position is for a Sous Chef at a strategic airline partner dedicated to developing new menus and culinary concepts globally across various cuisines like Asian, Modern European, and Ethnic cuisines. The Sous Chef works closely with the Customer Dedicated Executive Chef to ensure menu integration and operational execution, maintaining quality and culinary standards. The role involves traveling, inspecting, auditing, and training in various units to meet customer expectations and enhance kitchen operations globally.

Job Requirements

  • Associates degree in Culinary Arts or a Culinary Arts certification preferred
  • minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Chef/Sous Chef, 7 years of experience as a cook
  • previous supervisory experience in high-volume food production environment preferred
  • ability to cook meals to specifications, work in a fast-paced environment, manage a team effectively, and handle multiple tasks without losing focus.
