Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree
  • Minimum two years of experience in culinary roles
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of restaurant P&L preferred
  • Ability to delegate tasks
  • Strong technical culinary skills
  • Must be creative and progressive
  • Ability to perform all job duties satisfactorily
