Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a sous chef or lead cook
  • knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods
  • flexibility to work consistent schedules with no late nights
  • willingness to complete state-mandated screening requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sous chef or lead cook in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • strong culinary skills and creativity
  • excellent kitchen management and organizational abilities

Job Duties
