Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- proven cooking experience, including as a Sous Chef
- experience in a high-volume kitchen
- culinary and administrative responsibilities experience
- willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on feet for long periods
- positive and professional attitude towards residents, family, visitors, and team members
