Job Duties

  • assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and food preparation
  • prepare and replicate recipes accurately to maintain consistency and quality
  • cross-train and develop skills to work as a sushi chef
  • maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
  • manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • lead kitchen staff when required and take direction from senior chefs
  • collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow
  • adapt quickly to changes in menu, procedures, or kitchen environment
  • stand for extended periods during shifts and maintain stamina in a fast-paced environment
