Job Duties
- assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and food preparation
- prepare and replicate recipes accurately to maintain consistency and quality
- cross-train and develop skills to work as a sushi chef
- maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
- manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- lead kitchen staff when required and take direction from senior chefs
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow
- adapt quickly to changes in menu, procedures, or kitchen environment
- stand for extended periods during shifts and maintain stamina in a fast-paced environment
