Job Duties
- Run daily shifts / expo
- open shifts and close shifts
- inventory and invoicing skills
- lead prep crew, line crew and dish crew
- maintain exceptional culinary standards
- daily coaching and acknowledgement of the staff
- ensure new hires are properly onboarded
- assist in scheduling for kitchen
- maintain training materials for all new hires
- develop current team members to become trainers
- key holder for the restaurant
