Job Duties

  • Run daily shifts / expo
  • open shifts and close shifts
  • inventory and invoicing skills
  • lead prep crew, line crew and dish crew
  • maintain exceptional culinary standards
  • daily coaching and acknowledgement of the staff
  • ensure new hires are properly onboarded
  • assist in scheduling for kitchen
  • maintain training materials for all new hires
  • develop current team members to become trainers
  • key holder for the restaurant
