The shipboard team supports a fleet of ships sailing through various itineraries, offering unique culinary experiences from contemporary riverboats to paddlewheel queens for a nostalgic steamboat adventure. Exceptional cuisine is crafted by highly skilled chefs with prestigious culinary backgrounds, using only the freshest ingredients to create inspired menus featuring regional and local specialties. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the culinary team, working on breakfast, lunch, dinner, and specialty dishes served throughout the vessel to ensure a consistent standard of culinary excellence and exceptional guest service.
