Job Description

Omaha Performing Arts Society is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee day-to-day culinary operations, assist in menu creation, food purchasing, and quality maintenance. This role involves maintaining food cost, stocking, and sanitation standards, as well as stepping in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in various kitchen operations, including banquets and restaurant services, while embodying the O-pa Core Values of Team, Inclusion, Trust, and Integrity.
