Job Duties
- Maintain high standards for food, presentation and service
- Ensure compliance with health codes including cleanliness and proper labeling
- Coach team members for consistent execution of menu items
- Assist with daily food orders in the absence of Executive Chef
- Execute and present food in main kitchen and satellite kitchenettes
- Resolve food-related complaints with patience and positive communication
- Monitor production and inventory to prevent over or under production
- Conduct daily inspections and weekly audits for cleanliness and side work completion
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance of equipment and storage areas
- Portion ingredients according to standardized recipes
