- Ability to work full-time with flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Prior batch cooking experience
- Experience supervising food service associates
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage inventory and control waste
- Proficiency in food preparation and presentation
- Familiarity with scheduling and payroll processes
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
- Ensure all deadlines are met based on production orders
- Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and counseling
- Store food following corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain proper food handling, presentation, portion control and serving temperatures
- Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
- Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Demonstrate understanding of daily menu items and explain them accurately
- Monitor inventory and deliveries of product and supplies
- Track product production, consumption and waste
- Perform other duties as assigned
