Serving over 31,000 team members, including 1,600 registered dietitians and 1,200 executive chefs, the company fosters a culture centered on caring, collaboration, and continuous growth. Morrison Healthcare values inclusivity and belonging, ensuring that every member of their team contributes to moments that truly matter, whether it be through the quality of meals or the experience of those they serve.

The ability to interact with customers professionally to address concerns and provide detailed information about menu items is essential. Additionally, the Sous Chef will manage inventory control, monitor product consumption and waste, and communicate supply levels effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Morrison Healthcare’s commitment to its employees extends beyond competitive wages to include a robust benefits package. Full-time team members enjoy retirement plans, associate shopping perks, health and wellness programs, discount marketplaces, and identity theft protection, among other voluntary benefits. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, commuter benefits, employee assistance programs, and flexible spending accounts are also part of the comprehensive support given to full-time employees. The company fosters a smoke-free and drug-free workplace and emphasizes equal opportunity employment practices to maintain a respectful and diverse work environment.

Joining Morrison Healthcare means being part of an organization that not only delivers exceptional service but also values your professional development and well-being. This Sous Chef role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by contributing high-quality meals that support healing and comfort within healthcare settings.
