Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sous chef experience required
- Ability to work full time with varying days and hours
- Compliance with food safety standards
- Capability to lift and carry kitchen supplies
- Willingness to perform kitchen cleaning duties
- Authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
- Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and recommending disciplinary action
- Stores food in designated areas following all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures
- Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils and cleans workstation before leaving area
- Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner and reports to supervisor
- Demonstrates understanding of daily menu items and explains them accurately to associates and customers
- Monitors inventory, deliveries, tracks product production, consumption and waste and informs supervisor of supply needs
- Performs other duties as assigned
