Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years of culinary experience
- Ability to supervise and manage kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Availability to work full time including rotating weekends
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work standing for long periods
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

- Five years of prior culinary experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
- Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders
- Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, participating in reviews and recommending disciplinary action
- Stores food in designated areas following all corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
- Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils and cleans workstation thoroughly
- Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Monitors inventory and deliveries of product and supplies
- Tracks product production, consumption and waste and informs supervisor when supplies or product are low
- Performs other duties as assigned
