Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a Managers Food Handlers permit
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or office environment preferred
  • Self-motivated and organized

Job Duties

  • Manages kitchen staff including training and supervising Line Cooks and Dishwashers
  • Ensures high-quality food preparation and proper plate presentation
  • Oversees kitchen operations including food and supply ordering and inventory management
  • Monitors kitchen labor, food costs, and budget compliance
  • Coordinates with team members to maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
  • Implements and enforces health and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • Assists in menu planning and development
