Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Must hold or be able to obtain a Managers Food Handlers permit
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service or office environment preferred
- Self-motivated and organized

Job Duties
- Manages kitchen staff including training and supervising Line Cooks and Dishwashers
- Ensures high-quality food preparation and proper plate presentation
- Oversees kitchen operations including food and supply ordering and inventory management
- Monitors kitchen labor, food costs, and budget compliance
- Coordinates with team members to maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
- Implements and enforces health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Assists in menu planning and development
