Job Requirements

  • Must have previous cook or chef experience
  • Must be able to work full-time including weekends and evenings

  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to supervise and train hourly food service associates
  • Must maintain a flexible and problem-solving mindset
  • Must comply with company policies including safety equipment use

  • Culinary education or relevant certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
  • Ensure all deadlines based on production orders are met
  • Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and disciplinary actions
  • Store food following corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
  • Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
  • Clean workstations and display equipment during meal service
  • Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner
  • Demonstrate understanding of daily menu items and explain them accurately
  • Monitor inventory, deliveries, product consumption, and waste
  • Perform other duties as assigned
