Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in kitchen or food service preferred
- must hold or be willing to obtain a manager's food handlers permit
- ability to work full time
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Hire and train line cooks and dishwashers under the direction of the Director of food and beverage
- place food and supply orders
- complete and document safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
- ensure correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen
- oversee kitchen labor and food cost and monitor budget
- prepare high quality food
