The Fine Dining Sous Chef role at ResourceOne is a pivotal leadership position based within a medium-sized upscale restaurant environment. This role does not require travel and focuses primarily on enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within the restaurant. The ideal candidate will bring over 3 years of kitchen management experience along with strong leadership skills to train and develop a sizable team of up to 70 staff members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to elevate customer engagement and support revenue growth.
