  • Proven experience as a kitchen supervisor
  • strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation
  • ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties

  • Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standard and presented in an attractive manner
  • expedite food orders to be delivered to tables
  • monitor food stock levels and prepare or replenish as necessary
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • follow all health and safety regulations
  • collaborate with other kitchen staff and front of house to ensure efficient and effective food preparation
  • oversee and verify nightly kitchen closing procedures, ensuring all equipment is powered down, stations and dish areas are cleaned and restocked, and staff checkouts are properly completed
  • supervise kitchen employees
