The organization offers medical, dental, and vision insurances with employer contributions, life and disability coverages, and flexible spending accounts. Employees benefit from paid time off, bereavement leave, and eligibility for a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching after one year of service. Additionally, there are numerous on-property perks, such as discounts on dining, spa treatments, the Essex Kitchen, and access to membership benefits at The Edge Sports & Fitness. Employees also have access to hotel stays for themselves and their families, discounted movie tickets, ski pass offers, and various New England inns and resorts as part of the NEIRA program.
