Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years BOH experience in upscale casual or fine dining, management role preferred
  • Culinary degree a plus
  • Proficient in knife skills, recipe execution, and scratch cooking
  • Food safety knowledge, certification preferred
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work long shifts on your feet
  • Positive, organized, consistent, and detail-oriented
  • Calm under pressure and reliable, on time with stable work history
  • Strong communicator and team leader with a passion for hospitality
  • Interest in French cuisine, French language skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef with BOH operations
  • Execute dishes with consistency, accuracy, and presentation standards
  • Expedite and plate orders efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Train, lead, and motivate kitchen staff
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in a high-volume scratch kitchen
