Job Qualifications
- 3+ years BOH experience in upscale casual or fine dining, management role preferred
- Culinary degree a plus
- Proficient in knife skills, recipe execution, and scratch cooking
- Food safety knowledge, certification preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work long shifts on your feet
- Positive, organized, consistent, and detail-oriented
- Calm under pressure and reliable, on time with stable work history
- Strong communicator and team leader with a passion for hospitality
- Interest in French cuisine, French language skills a plus
Job Duties
- Support the Executive Chef with BOH operations
- Execute dishes with consistency, accuracy, and presentation standards
- Expedite and plate orders efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Train, lead, and motivate kitchen staff
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in a high-volume scratch kitchen
