Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years culinary experience
  • Minimum two years culinary management experience
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Understanding of and ability to demonstrate fundamentals of cooking such as mother sauces, seasonal product knowledge, knife skills
  • Experience using cooking skills in the creation of menus that meet dietary needs and trends of guests
  • Experience coaching, leading, and inspiring a diverse cast

  • Identify and procure superior products
  • Previously developed a variety of quality menu items
  • Experience in both table service and quick service kitchens
  • Speak a second language other than English
  • Have a culinary degree from an accredited school

Job Duties

  • Ensure exceptional guest service
  • Ensure consistent production and excellent presentation of well-prepared, flavorful food
  • Help with the creation and development of unique food offerings that provide guests with a variety of selections
  • Provide leadership, support, and development of cast members creating a positive environment that encourages ownership and accountability
  • Ensure operational compliance to Walt Disney Company Standards, Loss Prevention Standards with adherence to State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation
  • Maintain good partnerships with the front-of-the-house team and strategic partners to provide a seamless guest experience
