Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen setting
- demonstrated experience in seafood preparation
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in upscale seafood or fine dining restaurants
- solid knowledge of seafood preparation and cooking techniques
- leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in kitchen operations
