Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years culinary experience with leadership duties
- knowledge of high-volume food production
- expertise in food presentation and recipe adherence
- understanding of food cost control and labor management
- experience in inventory and ordering processes
- proficiency with computer applications including Word and Excel
- ability to acquire ServSafe and other relevant food safety certifications
- must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days

- strong food presentation abilities

- proficient in Word and Excel
- ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
