Job Duties

  • Manage a team of 15+ cooks and 2-3 sous chefs
  • oversee kitchen systems including inventory, prep lists, scheduling, and ordering
  • develop creative culinary ideas and contribute to menu innovation
  • solve daily operational problems with effective solutions
  • execute and understand cooking techniques and flavor profiles
  • mentor and train kitchen staff
  • take ownership of financial outcomes and kitchen budgets
  • maintain maturity, organization, and punctuality
