Job Requirements

  • at least two years experience as a kitchen leader in a full service restaurant
  • ability to work in a fast paced high volume kitchen
  • strong leadership skills
  • knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation regulations
  • excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
