  • expertise in food product, presentation, quality, and preparation

  • flexible schedule including evenings, early mornings, and weekends
  • ability to find immediate solutions for event-related issues
  • able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch
  • physically able to lift 50 lbs and walk on various surfaces for extended periods
  • manual dexterity including grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, and climbing

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar culinary leadership position

  • knowledge of menu concept and design

Job Duties

  • Ensure kitchen operations including event staffing and scheduling
  • supervise and train kitchen staff
  • execute menu items and manage food quality
  • coordinate with FOH team on product availability and service flow
  • assist in developing menu items and managing food and labor costs
  • implement sanitation procedures in line with health department regulations
  • perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
