Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in upscale, full service restaurant management
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Flexible with work schedule
  • Food handler’s card if required by regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in full service, upscale restaurant management
  • Passionate about quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic accounting skills

  • Flexible scheduling capability
  • Valid food handler’s card as required by local and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful kitchen
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff while focusing on business goals including process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized and passes the white glove test
  • Manage scheduling and workflow to meet operational demands
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
  • Collaborate with management on menu development and cost control
