Job Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in upscale, full service restaurant management
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Flexible with work schedule
- Food handler’s card if required by regulations

- Minimum 2 years experience in full service, upscale restaurant management
- Passionate about quality food and exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Valid food handler’s card as required by local and state regulations
Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful kitchen
- Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and preparing weekly specials
- Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff while focusing on business goals including process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized and passes the white glove test
- Manage scheduling and workflow to meet operational demands
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Collaborate with management on menu development and cost control
