Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering kitchen operations
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking including tried and true recipes and weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance
  • Maintain an exceptionally clean kitchen that passes the white glove test
  • Manage daily kitchen operations ensuring adherence to company standards
  • Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with management to align kitchen goals with business objectives
