Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepares food items for various areas like the cold case, salad bar, and hot bar, following production sheets and recipes
  • Ensures food quality, consistency, and freshness by following recipes, labeling, dating, and rotating items
  • Monitors food levels, replenishes supplies, and manages inventory
  • Supervises and trains assistant chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff
  • Assists with customer service, answering questions, and providing excellent service
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment, ensuring adherence to health and sanitation standards
  • Maximizes sales by ensuring proper stocking, merchandising, and rotation of products
