Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in a kitchen supervisory role
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to perform cost evaluations
- capability to train kitchen staff
- flexibility to work various kitchen stations
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow direction from executive chef

- Experience in culinary management or kitchen leadership roles
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to train and develop kitchen staff

Job Duties
- Overseeing kitchen staff and training new and existing team on recipes, safety, food quality
- conducting regular inspections on quality, dating and rotation of product
- assisting with inventory, ordering, receiving supplies
- ability to figure cost evaluations
- monitoring of waste control and utilization
- ability to work in any station
