Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- minimum eight years progressive food preparation experience or culinary arts degree or accredited apprenticeship with four years progressive experience and one year supervisory experience
- knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations relevant to food service
- understanding of safety and sanitation practices for food and beverage
- expertise in food preparation including stocks, soups, sauces, and various meats
- demonstrated organizational skills and budgeting experience
- ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- experience in mentoring and motivating team members
