Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of the main, grill, and/or banquet kitchens at ClubCorps. Responsible for preparation, product excellence, profit, and labor cost. Organize and assist in service activities. Train and supervise kitchen staff for optimal performance. Ensure adherence to standards and cleanliness protocols.
