Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Culinary degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a sous chef
- Ability to effectively manage, direct, and lead a large team
- Strong communication abilities
- Problem solving capabilities and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
- Collaborative attitude with emphasis on excellent customer service
- Time management strengths with ability to multi-task
- Solid understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and related processes

Job Duties
- Plan and direct food preparation activities in the kitchen

- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Coordinate with vendors, employees, and management to meet restaurant goals
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper use of ingredients and equipment
- Train new staff and foster a positive team environment
