We are currently hiring immediately for the position of Sous Chef at The Henry, offering a competitive compensation package with salaries ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year. This role is integral to the culinary leadership team, requiring a candidate who is passionate about food, skilled in managing kitchen operations, and committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and consistency. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee kitchen activities, ensure the timely preparation of dishes, and maintain a clean, efficient working environment. This role demands strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide the kitchen staff, manage daily operations in a high-volume setting, and contribute to creating an unparalleled dining experience for guests. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in high-volume restaurant management, a deep understanding of business operations and financials, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments with ease and professionalism.
