Job Duties

  • assist the executive chef in daily kitchen operations
  • oversee ordering and inventory management

  • mentor and develop kitchen staff including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
  • ensure quality control and consistency of all dishes
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
