Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
  • availability to work a flexible schedule
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen
  • foster an inclusive environment and develop kitchen associates
  • implement effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
  • supervise kitchen set-up and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste
  • conduct line checks, testing, training, recipe adherence, expo management, and monitor cook times
  • present quality food by ensuring all menu items meet recipe and presentation standards
  • enforce safety and sanitation practices and maintain immaculate kitchen facilities
