Job Duties
- Assist the executive chef in daily kitchen operations
- lead and support the kitchen team during service
- ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- help with menu execution, prep, and specials
- maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- assist with ordering, inventory, and minimizing waste
- train and mentor kitchen staff as needed
