The role of Sous Chef within Chandler Hospitality Group is a pivotal position responsible for maintaining optimal food quality, cost control, and kitchen efficiency. Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency determined by management
  • At least three years of previous professional cooking experience in fine dining
  • Culinary Arts Degree or Associate’s Degree preferred

  • Knowledgeable of back of house operations
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to achieve business goals
