Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency determined by management
  • At least three years of previous professional cooking experience in fine dining
  • Culinary Arts Degree or Associate’s Degree preferred

  • Knowledgeable of back of house operations
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to achieve business goals
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all team members

Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations of kitchen
  • Help train staff
  • Ensure promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes
  • Organize kitchen for effective work environment
  • Effectively communicate and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen
  • Help oversee the work of the culinary team and assist conduct performance evaluations
  • Assist in expediting orders to maintain a steady flow of dishes
  • Perform other responsibilities as required or directed
