Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen, foster an inclusive environment, develop kitchen Associates, hold team accountable constructively
- Implement effective security protocols to ensure employee and guest safety
- Supervise food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste
- Conduct line checks, testing, training, ensure recipe adherence, manage expo, monitor cook times
- Present quality food by ensuring menu items meet recipe and presentation standards
- Enforce safety and sanitation practices maintaining immaculate facilities
- Live company Principles & Beliefs by fostering a passionate, fun, and balanced workplace culture
