Currently, Mainstreet Ventures is seeking a Sous Chef to join their culinary leadership team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced kitchen manager who is passionate about culinary creativity and leadership. The Sous Chef will contribute to the management of the kitchen, assisting in running back-of-house operations alongside assistant managers, and functioning as a critical member of the restaurant’s management team. Candidates should have at least 2 years of current full-service restaurant kitchen management experience and be at least 21 years of age. The position offers a dynamic work environment where culinary artistry meets strong organizational and leadership skills. Job Requirements
- at least 21 years of age
- two plus years of current full service restaurant kitchen management experience
- ability to lead and manage kitchen and assistant manager staff
- experience working in a full scratch kitchen preferred
- availability to work flexible schedules
