Job Requirements

  • at least 21 years of age
  • two plus years of current full service restaurant kitchen management experience
  • ability to lead and manage kitchen and assistant manager staff
  • experience working in a full scratch kitchen preferred
  • availability to work flexible schedules
  • commitment to quality and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years of full service restaurant kitchen management experience
  • experience as a sous chef or culinary manager preferred
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • manage restaurant kitchen teams and assistant managers
  • oversee back of house operations
  • support head chef in menu creation and seasonal feature development
  • ensure food quality, consistency, and safety standards
  • supervise kitchen staff training and development
  • maintain inventory and ordering processes
  • collaborate with restaurant management team
