We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Full-time Sous Chef and/or Kitchen Manager to join our high-volume kitchen team. This pivotal role involves overseeing kitchen operations to maintain the quality and consistency that patrons of Vitale's expect. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for Italian cuisine, and the ability to manage and inspire a talented kitchen staff. This position requires availability during nights, days, and weekends to ensure seamless operation during all service hours. Compensation ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, complemented by biweekly bonus tips, reflecting the value we place on culinary excellence and dedicated work ethic.
