Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work nights, days, and weekends
  • prior experience as a sous chef and/or kitchen manager required
  • able to work full time
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work in a high volume kitchen
  • no education required

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a sous chef or kitchen manager
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of Italian cuisine and culinary techniques
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • excellent organizational skills
  • capable of managing a team effectively

Job Duties

  • Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality and consistency
  • oversee and train kitchen staff to maintain high service standards
  • assist in menu development and recipe standardization
  • enforce health and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
